There are many reasons why this happens, and frequently it is the circumstances in which the students find themselves. Today, we have an increasingly growing problem of so many people not being able to fulfill their own potentials because of not having their high school diplomas. This prevents them from moving forward to improve their lives by securing a job if they were unemployed, gaining a better job or a promotion because they do not qualify, or undertaking further education or specialized job skills training.
